Plate Taille Dam, Belgium to Remich, Luxembourg

Friday 24th July 2020

After a quiet nights sleep we woke up to lovely weather, so before leaving we went for a quick walk to look around to see what we couldn’t see in the dark. Other than an impressive dam there was not a lot to see so we set off heading to Luxembourg.

A short drive to our next stop over passed quickly and I won our daily spotting game which today was motorbikes. It was good job today’s drive was short as Digby must have got bored yesterday as he learnt to wiggle out of his petsafe travel harness. We’d see how far we’d get today with him still strapped in.

We arrived at Remich in Luxembourg in time for lunch and the aire had plenty of space. After a few minutes mis-reading the entrance barrier instructions we were in and parked up. Our pitch was spacious and we sat out in the sun for lunch.

Remich was a friendly little town with loads of bars and restaurants, the dogs got most of the attention anywhere we walked.

A sudden surprising rain shower made us dash indoors for dinner but we then enjoyed the evening down town sat out in the sun.
